The staff was incredibly helpful during my stay, and the

The room was filthy upon arrival. The AC was broken, and we didn't have any hot water during our stay. It was extremely disappointing after a long drive.

We had a lovely time exploring Pictograph Caves State Park nearby. the views were stunning and so engaging for the kids. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family with children. Staff was friendly, making our stay comfortable.

My kids wished there was a pool for them to enjoy during the stay.

the lodge is conveniently located near the custer battlefield, making it perfect for our visit. the queen room was spacious and had been recently painted, ensuring a fresh feel. We also loved the outdoor heated pool with a water slide.

This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a picnic area, it has everything I need. The staff helped me with local info during my first stay, which I appreciate. I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape!

great parks and fascinating museums nearby for weekend wandering

I enjoyed how clean the space was and the spacious room with a microwave was perfect for my needs, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby Big Horn County Historical Museum, just a little over 2 km away, and I absolutely loved the easy walk to Yellowtail Reservoir, just under 2 km away, where I could soak in the beautiful park views. however, a more friendly atmosphere from the staff would definitely enhance the experience.

I appreciated the friendly check-in clerk. My room had two comfortable beds and came equipped with a microwave and fridge. The location near food options was convenient. Wi-Fi worked well, which was a plus. However, the room cleanliness could have been better. I noticed a coffee packet left in the coffee machine and the floor didn't feel thoroughly swept. The door didn't shut properly, making me feel a bit insecure. I felt the room was overpriced at $164 for what I received. The hotel really needs to address these issues to enhance the guest experience.
